There are common characteristics that are considered to be flaws, such as stone lines, spot, cotton and so on. We have tied our best to describe each jadeite in detail on our store. If you are a perfectionist or do not accept such flaws please be careful to buy. Once you have purchased the item that is regarded as accepting that.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Normally we will ship the order within 3 workding days. For details, see individual items.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
